With a diverse career spanning various aspects of business, Shaquile has developed a comprehensive skill set that positions her as a leading business broker. Her journey began with hands-on experience in her parents’ pool/spa, contracting, and parts businesses, where she gained an in-depth understanding of small business operations and customer service. 

Shaquile’s professional trajectory includes roles in banking and financial counseling at a nonprofit, further igniting her passion for helping people and businesses thrive. Her tenure at a top boutique consulting firm further sharpened her skills in business and strategic planning, change management, and facilitating mergers and acquisitions totaling $800 million in revenue. This blend of financial knowledge and strategic vision distinguishes her in the industry, enabling her to adeptly navigate complex business environments. Additionally, she spent three years in HR consulting and executive recruiting which allows her to assess human capital. In 2019, Shaquile joined a startup as Owner & CFO/COO, gaining invaluable firsthand experience in business ownership.
